Week 4 Hergé and Carl Barks Plus revissions

Sadly I realized I had missed a week for My blog which was week 4. Week four talks about about the history of comics and mostly the choices where Marvel, and DC comics. The one I chose was the 1940 version of Batman the first pdf. Reading this comic you'll notice the harsh saturated colors mixed with heavy black inking that was know for that time period. The panel to panel transitions where mostly squares with little to no dramatic panels fro transitions but that never effected the true heart of the story. Having this as a historic comic we find it more pleasing to get lost in the action that was the first batman.

Now to complete this as a revised post. I wanted to talk about another comic that holds dear to my heart. And that's Disney comics! So the one that i will mention is Donald Duck and his atomic bomb. The hilarious moments of Donald duck and his nephews always keep me laugh and the fact that i can hear his voice like it is from the cartoons doesn't help. The fact that the whole town lost all of their hair and at the end when Donald would give them back their hair with a bottle was just genius! All in all I can never grow tired of reading theses kinds of comics!
